Refunds & Returns

Eyelash Extensions & Accessories: We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused accessories within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your accessory product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at admin@bombshellcosmetics.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
- Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you further instructions on how to return the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund for any defective or damaged products.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
